The plaintiff, who had received two Comprehensive Reverse Shoulders in 2009 and 2010, was forced to undergo revision surgery after he experienced failure of the devices at t the joint between the trunnion and the baseplate. Court records indicated that the case settled just days before it was scheduled to go to trial.
